1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using CSV Fixer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by 920four ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

CSV Fixer is a Shopify application that helps merchants fix and convert CSV files for product import into their Shopify stores. The service includes automated header mapping, handle generation, price normalization, encoding fixes, and direct import functionality.

3. Account & Installation

You must have a valid Shopify store to use the App. By installing the App, you authorize us to access certain store data as required by the App's functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans provide permanent access for a one-time payment. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Resell or redistribute the App or its functionality.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, import errors, or damages arising from the use of the App. While we strive for accuracy in CSV processing, we recommend reviewing fixed files before importing to your store. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of 920four. You retain ownership of all CSV files and product data you upload.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, any uploaded CSV files will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
