What file formats work?
Any CSV. AliExpress, WooCommerce, supplier exports, Excel saves — doesn't matter where it came from. If it's a CSV, we can fix it.
Will it work with my weird CSV?
Almost certainly. We recognize 100+ header variations automatically. If we find something we don't know, we'll flag it so you can map it yourself. But that rarely happens.
Do you keep my files?
No. Your CSV is processed and that's it. We don't store your data. Check our privacy policy if you want the full details.
What's the health score thing?
