What file formats work?

Standard product CSVs — Shopify CSV, platform exports, supplier files, Excel and Google Sheets exports. Please only upload product data you own or have rights to use.

Will it work with my weird CSV?

In most cases yes. We recognize a wide range of header variations and map them automatically. If we find something we don't know, we'll flag it so you can adjust the CSV before importing.

Do you keep my files?

Uploaded and cleaned CSV files are stored while you use the app so you can review, import, retry, download, or delete them. Files are deleted when you delete them in-app or when Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook after uninstall.

What's the health score thing?

It's a 0-100 rating of how Shopify-ready your file is. You see it before and after the fix so you know exactly what changed.

Can I push products straight to Shopify?

Yep. Download the fixed file if you want, or just hit import and we push it directly. Your call.

What if something goes wrong?

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using CSV Fixer ("the App") on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the App. CSV Fixer is operated by 920four ("we", "our", "us").

2. What the App does

CSV Fixer is an embedded Shopify app that analyzes product CSV files you upload, reports issues that would block a product import, applies common fixes (header mapping, handle generation, price and encoding normalization), and — at your request — imports the cleaned rows into your store using the Shopify Admin API.

3. Installation & authorization

You must have an active Shopify store to install the App. Installation is performed entirely through Shopify's OAuth flow. You authorize CSV Fixer to read and write products on your store under the scopes displayed on the consent screen (read_products, write_products). You are responsible for the security of your Shopify account and for ensuring that anyone you grant access to CSV Fixer has authority to import products on behalf of your store.

4. Pricing & payment

CSV Fixer offers a free tier of three (3) uploads per store so you can evaluate the App. Continued use after the free tier requires purchasing the Lifetime Access plan.

Lifetime Access: a one-time payment of USD $99.00, billed and collected by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API. We never handle your payment method.
The Lifetime plan gives you ongoing access to CSV Fixer on the store where you purchased it, for as long as the App remains installed and the App is available on the Shopify App Store.
Pricing for new purchasers may change with reasonable notice. Existing purchasers are not affected by future price changes.
If Shopify declines or fails to process your charge, the App will not grant paid access. You can retry the purchase at any time from the in-app Billing page without reinstalling.

5. Refunds

Because CSV Fixer is billed through Shopify, refund requests are handled per Shopify's merchant refund policy. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your shop domain and reason for the refund. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Shopify.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use CSV Fixer only for products you own or have rights to sell. In particular, you may not:

Upload product data, images, or text that infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights, or that you do not have permission to use.
Upload malicious files, attempt to probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other merchants' use of the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the App.
Use the App to circumvent Shopify's own platform policies, including but not limited to the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy and the Partner Program Agreement.

7. Your content & our content

You retain all rights to the CSV files, product data, and images you upload to CSV Fixer. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of analyzing, fixing, and importing it on your behalf.

CSV Fixer's code, brand, documentation, and design are the intellectual property of 920four and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Data & privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, where we store it, and how long we keep it.

9. Availability & changes

We work to keep CSV Fixer available and working with Shopify's latest APIs, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add, or remove features at our discretion; material changes will be surfaced inside the app.

10. Warranties & liability

CSV Fixer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we invest heavily in getting the CSV processing right, you are responsible for reviewing the cleaned file and the preview before triggering an import.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

11. Termination

You can stop using CSV Fixer at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling triggers the automatic deletion process described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice to your shop email when feasible.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, surface a notice inside the app. Continued use of CSV Fixer after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
